Tallulah works at the intersection of architecture, ecology, and community in Goa. Deeply committed to sustainability and vernacular building systems, she focuses on design–build, cost-effective construction, and citizen-led initiatives. A hands-on practitioner and connector, she combines making, mentoring, writing, and outdoor learning to translate ideas into action—especially with children and young people.

Ahana is an architect and permaculture designer working in landscape design, ecological research, and native plant systems. Her practice creates resilient, context-responsive landscapes rooted in restoration and food security. She believes community development and conservation are strengthened through thoughtful design, artistic engagement, and hands-on practice.

Omkar is an environmental lawyer from Malvan working at the intersection of law, ecology, and community rights. He is associated with Symantak – University of Life Trust in Dhamapur and founded the Earth Justice Collective. His work focuses on environmental governance, legal awareness, and strengthening grassroots advocacy.

Vishal spends most of his time in the forest as a nature educator, facilitating immersive outdoor learning experiences. He is a hands-on maker, he builds everything from tree nets and rope bridges to canoe boats and floating gardens, blending ecological understanding, craftsmanship, and experiential education.

Sohana is a community designer working at the intersection of ecology, politics, and everyday life. She explores how sustainable environments can be co-created across housing, waste systems, public spaces, and cultural landscapes. Her practice merges field research, participatory design, and policy literacy to translate grassroots realities into spatial interventions.

Rahim is a Workshop facilitator and and integral member of the foundation’s resource team. He brings experience in sustainable architecture and natural building practices. A passionate carpenter, he is committed to sharing his craft with others, strengthening skills on site through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

Sushila works across multiple projects involving construction with natural materials. She plays a key role in training participants and students in building temporary structures using earth-based techniques. Her guidance in hand-plastering with mud and cow dung reflects patience, skill, and a deep familiarity with traditional practices.

Munna is trained in natural building techniques and serves as Head Mason across projects in Goa. Over the past two years, he has trained at Symantak – University of Life under the guidance of Talullah D’Silva. He brings care, precision, and quiet dedication to every structure he builds.
